FILMED CLASSES
We have an online presence and because of this we tend to film a lot of our classes for content. There is a high chance you could be in a filmed class. If you would prefer not to be filmed, please let us know upon arrival or by simply emailing us ahead of time (spindripstudios@gmail.com) and we would be happy to accommodate you by either moving you to a part of the room that is not visible on camera, or forgoing filming all together.

HOW DO I BOOK INTO CLASS? The easiest way to book into classes is via our app – Mindbody.
CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN SPOT? Yes, clients who book directly with us through a membership, or drip in's can choose their own spot when booking.
WHAT IF A CLASS FILLS UP BEFORE I GET IN? Join our waitlist! By doing so, you are agreeing that you can take class should you get in and may receive notice via email as early as 1 hour before the class start time. You are also agreeing to your cancellation policy.
HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED THAT I GOT OFF THE WAITLIST? By joining the waitlist, you confirm that you're available to take class and may be added up to 1 hour before start time. If added, you'll be notified by email and are subject to our cancellation policy.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? There is a 4-hour cancellation policy for all classes. Additionally, Members who "non-show" to a class will loose the class.
LATE ARRIVALS Available spots will be given to waitlisted guests 2 minutes before class. A 5-minute grace period is offered for any remaining spots.
DO YOU OFFER SHOE RENTALS? Yes. Our bikes are SPD compatible. You can bring your own or rent a pair of spin shoes for $5.
CAN I BOOK FOR A FRIEND? Yes! You are able to book a friend into class using the guest pass or passes thats available to you. Simply email us (spindripstudios@gmail) or whatsapp 242-636-6351 To expedite the check in process, please arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can assure your guest sets up an account and gets properly set up for class.
DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING FOR CLASSES? We provide all equipment necessary for all of our class types – including mats and towels. Should you need to rent a pair of shoes for our Ride classes, our shoe rental is $5.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE TO CLASS? We recommend arrive 10-15 minutes before class to ensure we get you ready for class.
